Don't worry, today is the first day of spring, it'll soon be sunny and green again. Turn on the stereo, paint your faces, dress up, sing and dance - it's Fasching! People in cold climates need cheering up after a long winter.
thanks Liz and mum. It's soooooo cold out there these days that it gets a little bit disheartening. Someone told me today that March usually comes in like a lion and out like a lamb. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed and keep thinking snowdrops snowdrops snowdrops... We turn on the 50's and 60's music every afternoon because it's sooo silly and positive and dance when things get too dull.
